How to order
Once you have decided which type of garden design voucher you wish to purchase simply order online:
- Type in the recipient's name which will be printed on the gift voucher.
- Click on ‘Add to basket’.
- Simply follow the information on screen. We use PayPal to securely process all payments online.
- PayPal accept most major credit/debit cards.
- You do not need a PayPay account to place an order.

- Download the order form.
- Complete the required information.
- Return the form with a Cheque or Postal order made payable to The Garden Planning Company’.
Download order form Click here... How long will the pack and voucher take to arrive?
You will receive the presentation pack and voucher within 7 working days of payment (normally it just takes a couple of days).
- If you are not happy with the product you may return the pack within 14 days (upon receipt) in an 'unused' and unbooked
condition. The refund will be made in full to the person who originally booked the gift.

After you present the gift pack to the recipient they simply complete the survey and
questionnaire
using the instructions provided. They then send the completed information back to the designer.
- The recipient must redeem their voucher within 12 months of purchase. When the recipient has returned the information requested they will receive their professional garden design plans within 28 working days of our receipt.
- Due to the personalised nature of the garden design service we cannot offer any refunds once the voucher has been sent back to us for
redemption

What if my garden is bigger than 500m sq ?
In order for us to meet demand we can only design garden areas up to 500sq m. Most domestic gardens will be well below this size.
- However if your garden is larger than 500m sq simply detail the area (no larger than 500sq m in total) you wish to have re-designed.
- If we consequently receive details of gardens larger than 500m sq we will identify the section of garden and only re-design up to 500m sq. We will normally start from the house and work outwards.
